KOMDRUCK special ink formula

We have responded to the new paper properties of the BDR security documents and developed a special ink with nano pigments. To make it easier for our customers to switch from the previously used ink to the NANO BLACK pigment ink, we are offering a one-off replacement set at a reduced price.

The NANO BLACK pigment ink meets all requirements for UV resistance, infrared readability and document fastness. The nano pigments are extremely fast drying, even on “smooth”, “challenging” security papers.

WHAT NOW?

Normal pigmented ink is currently used in your printer:

If you have no problems with drying times on your paper or printed documents, you can stick with normal pigment ink.

If the normal pigment ink is causing you problems with drying times, you can change now!

Clogged print head? Was yesterday.

The print head can be replaced by the user without prior knowledge within seconds if the print head is defective / dried out or if the type of ink used simply needs to be changed.

If the printer is not in use for a longer period of time, the print head can be removed and sealed airtight. This saves time and money because the print head does not have to clean itself regularly and there is no risk of it drying out. Not to mention the power requirement. When the printer is needed again, simply switch it on, insert the print head and ink cartridge and the printer is ready to go again.

The latest generation of the ILP automatically feeds the labels when they are applied and calculates the label dimensions all by itself thanks to innovative sensor technology.
