Precise markings for maximum accuracy
With 25 movable marking elements and a 25-bit binary representation, the Pudis module offers extremely precise marking. The marking depth is 0.3 mm and the marking pattern is based on two concentrically arranged pitch circles. A start mark, which is integrated into the tool, marks bit 0. Thanks to the random generation of the codes, the wear of the needles is evenly distributed, which considerably extends the service life of the marking system.
Automated control and comprehensive documentation
The user-friendly GUI (Graphical User Interface) allows randomly generated codes to be sent automatically and the machine responses to be read out. All relevant data is recorded in a log, which enables precise and clear documentation. The system is controlled by a powerful Compressor CPU, which is integrated in a 19″ rack and enables the management of different user accesses with different authorizations.
