The closure of restaurants, pubs, cafés and all other catering establishments as part of the coronavirus pandemic has hit the hospitality industry hard. For a few weeks now, however, restaurateurs have been able to breathe a sigh of relief and reopen their businesses – but only in compliance with the applicable hygiene regulations.
